Heavenwood – The Tarot Of The Bohemians

The band has adventured themselves for the first time in a concept album, and the theme chosen, the Tarot cards and the studies surrounding them conducted by Frenchman Papus, have revealed to be an interesting and well explored choice, especially if you take some time to fully read and grasp the concept worked on the lyrics. Musically speaking, the songs are well built and composed, however, it’s in the details where the magic of it truly lies, making it a marvellous and rich album. The first song starts with an epic touch in its intro and a nice orchestration, setting the pace for what it’s to come.
